Flight instruction is available towards achieving an Ultralight Permit.  Getting your Ultralight Permit can be the first step towards getting your Private Pilot Licence (PPL).

Passenger Carrying Rating can be added on to the permit with additional training.  You can fly with a passenger with the rating.

Challenge yourself further and pursue an instructor rating as well

Cost to obtain an ultralight permit is much more affordable compared to a Private Pilot Licence and doesn't require a flight test.  All costs can be paid on a pay-as-you-go basis.
